Announcing New Class Schemes. As Paul moves more out into the Teacher Training Programs the schedule will remain sparse for open classes. Paul will be arranging small groups of people who know or get to know each other by training together without the distraction of one time students. guide you. Soften, quiet the mind, the inner power is discovered
again. Soften the belly where it connects with the breath. Accept.
Accept the universe until gratitude flows like the rain. Gratitude,
the natural condition when all the obstructions have withered away cooked by the fire of your attention. Pantanjali calls this condition "Dharma Mega Samadhi." From that point onward, he gives no further instruction.
